An elevator pitch is an overview of an idea for a product, service, or project. The name reflects the fact that an elevator pitch can be delivered in the time span of an elevator ride (thirty seconds and 100-150 words).

So here is a brief elevator pitch for The Frozen Sand Glass which will be refined as time goes on:

Avram is a mortal who's planet is ruled by a small group of nine immortals. The Grand Council of Immortals posses a method which can extended the lifespan of a mortal to 500 "sols" (years), but only bestow this gift on a select few who are willing to give up everything to serve the Council. Avram is selected and placed into a powerful position close to one of the Council members, only to realize that there is a mutiny in progress and finds himself in the middle of it. Before he knows what is happening Avram is thrust into an adventure that will leave him stranded in another galaxy on an alien planet, trapped with his prisoners and no way home in sight.
